NOTICE. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO HONOR BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE.

In the case of damaged goods email us (info@gexigma.com) the order number and images of the damaged goods or the order ID for lost goods. For a lost or damaged order, we will provide you with a reprint.

Reprints will be granted for the following:

  • Misplaced printing position
  • The wrong color printed
  • Wrong painting printed

Reprints will not be granted for:

  • Damage in shipping.
  • The wrong size of the painting.

We are not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information (size, address). In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
We will only review replacement requests if the product is missing, damaged, or has a print error – provided that it was caused by our website.

Applications for replacement are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Customs and Import Duties:

Due to the variability of customs and trade policies of different countries, we are not responsible for any fees or associated costs when shipping our products out of the United States. When purchasing our products you are the importer and must follow all guidelines set forth within the country you are importing. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Cancellation Policy:

We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.

A cancellation request can be made via the Contact Form or via e-mail to info@gexigma.com

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made 3 hours after order placement.

Return and Refund Policy:

A refund can be claimed only after service order cancellation.

Refund will be made only if the cancellation is made before initiating the services by the Service team.

If you feel that the service received is not satisfactory or is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by dropping a mail to info@gexigma.com within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
