Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using this website, you agree to abide by the terms stated below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


Damaged or Lost Goods

In case of damaged goods, please email us at info@gexigma.com with your order number and clear images of the damaged items. For lost goods, provide your order ID. Upon review, we will process a reprint if the issue falls within the following criteria:

Reprints will be granted for:

  • Misaligned printing position
  • Incorrect color printed
  • Wrong design printed

Reprints will NOT be granted for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Customer errors in providing information (e.g., size, address)

For reshipment due to customer-provided errors, the additional shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

We will only consider replacement requests for products that are missing, damaged, or contain print errors caused by our website. Applications for replacement must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.


Customs and Import Duties

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when shipping products outside the United States. As the importer, you are responsible for adhering to the customs and trade regulations of your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


Cancellation Policy

We are happy to assist with cancellations prior to approval of the order. Requests must be submitted within 3 hours of order placement. To request cancellation, contact us via the Contact Form or email us at info@gexigma.com.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the order, which will be communicated by our Customer Service Team.


Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable after order cancellation, provided that the cancellation occurs before the order is processed by our team.

If you are unsatisfied with the service received or it does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team via email at info@gexigma.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
